**Finance and Administration Coordinator**

**Haywards Heath hybrid working**
**Full-time Monday to Friday**
**£25,000 to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)**

Are you a financial whizz with a flair for administration? We are a successful Mental Health and Complex Care provider looking for a Financial and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Duties and responsibilities:
**FINANCE**
- Supporting Finance Manager with invoicing and payment procedure, including raising invoices and credit notes accordingly.
- Submitting invoices for payment in a timely manner as appropriate
- Working with an external accountancy company to answer finance and debtors enquiries.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with financial modelling
- Approving internal business spends as required via a business debit/credit card.
- Answering queries of employees and contractors regarding their pay
- The post holder will build effective relationships with key stakeholders, clients and contractors to ensure continuity in the service being provided.
- The postholder will have access to a large amount of sensitive and confidential financial information, so a high degree of trust and integrity are required.

**ADMINISTRATION**
- This role will work closely with the Resourcing and Scheduling team, to ensure we have a cohesive approach to ensuring that the knowledge of any workforce changes is shared in a timely manner and to ensure requirements are always fulfilled.
- Supporting the Business Administration Coordinator with administrative tasks, e.g. booking meetings, inputting data, booking travel and accommodation.
- Supporting the Scheduling Lead as required with scheduling administrative tasks, e.g. creating schedules, liaising with contractors regarding availability, checking resourced hours against schedules

**Required skills and experience of the Financial and Administrative Coordinator**:

- Desirable - bookkeeping qualification or working towards an AAT
- Excellent understanding of ICT (Excel competency is a MUST)
- Project and contract management experience
- Knowledge of compliance and quality control
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
