Support Services Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person in administration to join our Support Services across our CWPT Mental Health services. They will have joint responsibility with another Support Service Lead for operational management of admin support services, and will be responsible and accountable for ensuring all sub-directorates have sufficient and flexible resource to support clinical teams to meet service delivery. They will be responsible for operational management and delivery of the admin support function on a day to day basis across multiple Mental Health Services including CYP Mental Health, Community Adults Mental Health, Urgent Care and Inpatients. This includes the delegation of work and cross cover arrangements, ensuring the optimum use of admin staff; develop and implement new ways of working in line with the strategic objectives of the Trust and the Transformational Change Programme. Liaise with corporate colleagues and key internal and external stakeholders to resolve process and system issues for services, e.g., HR partners, estates teams, finance, managers and clinicians.
