Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of social care services through your influential leadership and collaborative approach. Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team within a social care setting.
Proven ability to drive change and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within adult social care services.
Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within the social care system. Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant degree or professional qualification in social care, management, or a related field.
Additional certification or training in service improvement, change management, or leadership would be advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role within a public or private social care organization is highly desirable
