Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems that meet customer and industry standards.
- Lead and manage the Quality Team to ensure effective quality planning, control, and assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality principles and practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Proven experience in quality management and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
