We are a trusted independent advisory firm focused on fire, security risk and resilience. We offer strategic advice, innovative design, construction oversight and risk management services.

**BB7 are seeking an confident and enthusiastic coordinator.**

The Coordinator facilitates the smooth project management of long-term and short-term fire risk management contracts. The role is broad and involves further duties such as assisting with short-term projects/ individual jobs, invoicing and general administration.

**7 Stage Role Brief**

**Administerial duties as required by the FRM team**
- Facilitating office meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Uploading reports
- Saving reports from sub-contractors/ BB7 staff
- Preparation and printing of documents to be sent to client(s)
- Updating spreadsheet as required by client(s)/ project team
- Assist with invoicing
- Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in meeting contracts and KPIs
- Monitor and document all projects through the project cycle
