**Job Title: Service Support Administrator**

**Location: Leicestershire**

**Salary: £25,000 Basic, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Full Product Training, Company Pension.**

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to come onboard an established manufacturer based in Leicestershire. This is a highly successful organisation, who operate within the powered access market, supplying mobile elevated working platforms to a trusted customer based. You will join a close-nit team and will be the first point of call when engaging with customers over the phone.
This is a full-time position, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. It would ideally suit someone who is organised, holds strong customer service skills, and enjoys working within a friendly environment.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Liaise with customers taking inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis
- Liaising with the manufacturer over in Italy
- Organising and managing transport and delivery’s
- Taking parts orders and invoicing of spare parts
- Scheduling breakdowns
- Booking in new vehicles onto the system and registering vehicles for tax purposes
- Managing customers’ expectations

**Requirements of Role**:

- Previous experience working within a product support / service support role within an engineering or manufacture environment is preferred
- Strong IT skills and confident in the usage of Excel
- Excellent administration skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confident in customer service
