We are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator/Planner to join our team at our CPF site in Enderby, Leicestershire. You would be using a state-of-the-art system to process lorries delivering recyclable materials. This is a mainly Monday to Friday role. The alternate shift pattern is 6am to 4pm, 7am to 5pm and 8am to 6pm. There will be a 6am to 11am shift every third Saturday.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Weighing in/out vehicles using a computerised system.
- Scanning and processing all supporting documentation.
- Completion of daily reports and filling paperwork.
- Supporting goods in check and the company’s quality management system.
- Effective team working alongside a team of 23 drivers and additional operations employees.
- Communication with external suppliers and the arrangement of material transportation.
- General administration tasks and providing support to other company departments.

**Essential skills/qualifications**:

- Knowledge of road transport legislation, EU driver hours and logistics planning.
- Previous administration experience within a faced paced operations environment.
- High levels of accuracy and data inputting.
- IT proficient including Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
- Conscientious, professional nature with a focus on attention to detail and customer service.
