**Estate Agency Receptionist City Center up to £22,000 Birmingham City Center**

My client are a Boutique City Center Estate Agent, based just 10 minutes walk from Snow Hill Train station.

They are looking for someone well presented, with exceptional customer service skills to work in the front desk to be the face of the business when people come in.

The role would include the following
- You would be responsible for Dealing with all walk ins,
- Answering the phone,
- Replying to all inquiries from the portals,
- Booking viewings and
- General office administration.

There is progression to a Negotiator role, if you would like to move across into selling property, so it is a really good way to getting your foot into working within Property.

If you would like to be involved in property sales then you would need to drive in the long term.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
