Due to continued growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Client on a permanent basis located in Birmingham.

**Administrator Job Details and benefits;**
- £22,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday - day shift
- Hybrid working - 2 days office based & 3 days home based apart from when training

**Role & Responsibilities of Administrator include;**
- Management of inventory scheduling process within assigned portfolios
- To schedule inventories in an accurate and timely fashion
- Maintain an up-to-date Oracle database with all scheduling and inventory information in order to support all commercial and operational functions
- Provide post inventory reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and manage the price database
- Promote a high level of service excellence to all Customers including building effective working relationships
- Take responsibility for all administration including producing reports, management information and communication
- Demonstrate effective working processes to ensure data is used and filed in line with the Data Protection Act and respect customer confidentiality at all times
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate information and issues quickly and appropriately as required
- Demonstrate high performance working to enhance the Company brand and maintain them as the market leader in inventory services
- Perform special projects and ad hoc duties as requested by management

**Administrator Person Specification;**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook & Excel to an intermediate/advanced level
- The ability to work with large data samples across multiple spreadsheets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders including senior managers
- The ability to prioritise work and manage one’s own time
- Analytical thought processes and problem solving skills
- The desire to offer optimum service and see an issue through to a conclusion to deliver results
- Previous experience in a fast paced administration role
- Good Geographical and Inventory knowledge is desirable
