A highly unique role has arisen for a business-minded Admistrative Assistant here at Totally Branded, an exciting, rapidly growing business within the Promotional Merchandise industry. This really is an incredible opportunity for a highly capable and committed individual to join our Senior Directors team whilst being exposed to the workings of a rapidly expanding and innovative business.

Working directly with the two founding Directors of the business you will be an integral part of the team, shouldering high levels of responsibility whilst offering an exceptional level of support. The Directors are looking for someone who is bright, analytical, trustworthy and ultimately has a desire to learn.

It is vital that you are confident working with numbers and Excel.

**What will the role involve?**

The predominant aim of this role is to enable the Managing Director to be as effective as possible by freeing up his time and helping to organise his workload. This will mean that in some instances you will need to take complete ownership of areas and lead projects, in others you will be working closely with the Directors. Due to this, you will need to be able to work independently and use your own initiative, although your journey with Totally Branded will start with the necessary training to give you the foundation that you need. You will be a true right hand to the Managing Director and will have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail.

Always one step ahead your incredible organisational skills will ensure you succeed in this fast-paced role supporting a growing, constantly moving organisation.

**What will a typical day look like?**
- Processing of financial forms, such as expense forms, new account forms, credit card forms, or milage.
- Adminstration of company monthly payroll report for submission.
- Management of staff leave requests and absence.
- Purchasing of ad hoc supplies for the Directors.
- Processing of payments for the company.
- Manage employee files & compliance with assistance from the Directors.
- Compile and provide monthly management information to the Directors.
- Arranging meetings, compiling agendas and taking formal minutes.
- Ensuring our company policies and compliance is managed effectively with the support of the Directors.
- Data entry.
- Staff onboarding and induction.
- Organising of travel arrangements, hotels, etc.
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets as needed.
- Creating and sending of letters on behalf of the Directors.
- Diary management including booking appointments.
- Liaising with industry professionals as and when required (e.g., accountants, maintenance companies)
- Processing of any employee overtime sheets.

**What can we offer you?**
- An annual salary of £25,000
- Hours 09:00 - 17:30 - Monday-Friday
- 28 days paid holiday per year.

**What will happen next?**

Stage 1 - An initial telephone interview.

Stage 2 - A few online tests and a final in person interview with our Directors at our Swaffham office.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
