We are seeking an experienced EA to provide timely and effective administrative and executive support to a senior staff within the organisation.

The executive Assistant will need to be able to manage the Director’s competing demands with a high degree of confidence and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will be required to make a significant contribution to the effective performance of Director by supporting his administrative and information needs.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage correspondence
- Attending and set up meetings meetings
- Create minutes with action and follow up points.
- Manage reports /reporting deadlines
- Manage executive calendars
- Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Travel arrangements and expenses,

The role necessitates a high degree of autonomy and initiative and the need to make decisions on a daily basis within the agreed standards and framework, in a context of changing demands.

**Person Specification**

**Essential Criteria**
- Educated with strong academic results from GCSE level
- Significant and extensive experience of working in an executive/personal assistant role, minimum of 2 years
- Experience of providing support at a senior executive level.
- Experience of diary management
- Ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative
- Ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels, internally and externally

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
