**Who are you?**

As a Fleet Assistant, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of Fleets, support our Driver Partners / the Veezu Assist team and maintain the Fleet function for the Cardiff DP Hub.

Responsibilities wise you will:

- Travel to and from sites to support our Driver Partner Experience and Veezu Assist teams with rental vehicle administration
- Assist in the organisation and booking of fleet vehicles routine servicing.
- Ensure MOT & vehicle check appointments are carried out on time with the onsite workshops and garages
- Assist in the organisation and booking of vehicle swaps between our vehicle hire supplier and Driver Partners.
- Support Veezu Assist by reporting on damaged vehicles following fault or non-fault incidents.
- Report on Driver Partner behaviour and vehicle management across all of our sites
- Obtain and review DashCam recordings and footage, which could be used as evidence for incidents and insurance claims in the case of an accident.
- Communicate with our Driver Partners regarding their driving styles and behaviours, working closely with them to improve efficiency, cost and their customers’ journeys
- Ensuring that customer information is safeguarded at all times, in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
- Ensure fair treatment of customers, passengers, Driver Partners and colleagues and act in a professional manner at all times
- Follow information security policies and procedures
- Ensure legal and contractual compliance
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
- Ensure completion of all mandatory training
- Be willing to support other business areas as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure that customer, passenger, Driver Partner & colleagues’ information is safeguarded at all times, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance
- Maintain information security to a recognised required standard in line with business needs
- Follow information security policies and procedures.

**What we expect of you?**
- Experience in a similar role or industry in the Customer Service space
- Full Driving License (manual)
- Very personable with good written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
- A pragmatic and straightforward approach to queries which centres on problem solving
