Infant Feeding Specialist

You will provide clinical expert advice to women, families and multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality infant feeding support, ensuring an excellent service user experience. Education and audit will be high on your agenda to maintain our level 3 Baby Friendly Initiative accreditation and lead the service towards Sustainability. You will update guidelines and conduct audit/research within the specialist area, which will also reflect the philosophy of BFI and the standards.

You will have the opportunity to lead on the strategic direction both locally and nationally on managing and implementing infant feeding initiatives. You will support the team embedding the restricted lingual frenulum and frenulotomy service.
