We are an award-winning well-established Independent Estate and Lettings agent situated in Wolverhampton.

We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our lettings team, who pride themselves on offering the very best customer service.

Job Role:
General administrative responsibilities include keeping records up to date on our internal systems, filing and processing all paperwork as needed, and professionally answering phone and online inquiries.

Arranging and conducting viewings in compliance with the company's code of conduct.

Communicating with landlords to work out the tenancy term for lets and tenancy renewals.

To send out work orders, get quotes from contractors, and keep track of and oversee maintenance issues for managed properties.

Liase with contractors, landlords, and tenants to guarantee a timely reaction to maintenance and repairs.

Conduct assessments of the rental market.

Carry out routine inspections, resolving any concerns, and providing our landlords with reports.

Conduct lettings market appraisals.

Key skills & attributes:
Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work as part of a team.

Exceptional customer care/customer service experience

Building strong relationships internally and externally

Previous experience within a negotiator role is desirable but not essential

Awareness of equality and diversity.

Flexible, enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ approach to everyday work, open to change and new ideas.

Willingness and desire to take responsibility and use own initiative.

Preferably ARLA qualified but not essential.

A Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
