As a Senior Estate Agent with Connells Group, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest and most successful estate agency providers in the UK. With a rich history dating back to 1936, we offer a wide range of services including residential sales, lettings, mortgage services, surveying, and conveyancing.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream home by generating valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales. A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, makes this a very attractive opportunity for experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through valuation and viewing opportunities
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales on behalf of clients
  • Work closely with our Mortgage Advisor to maximise every opportunity
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
