- Nurturing and developing relationships with new and existing builders/installers.
- Provide quotations and maximise conversion.
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities in the local target market.
- Maximise volume and margin.
- Maximise sales across our complete product range.
- Analyse client results and identify issues and opportunities.
- Generate leads and contact prospective customers.
- Up-selling products to maximise order potential.
- Planning time correctly to maximise your working day.
- Be able to understand client business in detail to increase their value.
- Looking at client conversion and proactively working with them to improve.

**The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability in Windows PC environment. Particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Team orientated with the ability to work within the office.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Confident telephone handling.
- Business Micros Evolution (advantageous but not essential).
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Industry experience is preferred but full training will be provided for the right applicant.
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative, and thrive under pressure.
- Must be exceptional in customer service, and able to build strong customer relationships.
- Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours when required.
- Happy adhering to company policies and procedures.
