Account Handler/administrator

We are looking to recruit an experienced account handler based at our Brothertoft site.
The following skills are required:
- Clear, friendly, professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple diaries and appointments etc.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- High degree of personal motivation.
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise the workload.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
- High level IT skills required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative.
Every day will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise.
Some travel may be required.
We need someone to put their head above the parapet and dodge the bullets
Hours 09.00am - 16.00pm
Salary to be discussed at interview.
**Salary**: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Boston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
