A construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join their team based in Bristol. This role will be working Monday to Friday from 0800 - 1700hrs and you will be supporting the contract planning and organisation of site-based teams throughout the South West region. This will include liaising with all relevant parties regarding commencement of works, allocation of labour and materials together with various other admin support tasks.
**You will**:
- Type and word process various documents and electronic information
- Arrange meetings and where necessary, participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
- General office duties, e.g. filing, printing and photocopying
- Receiving and collating information generated through the department
- Maintaining the stationary supply
- Other duties as required
**You will need**:
- Previous experience within an Administration role within a contractor
- Be confident and proficient to deal with in-coming telephone enquiries
- Able to plan and resource labour and materials
- Experience of purchase ledger and purchasing
- Good understanding of the geographical area
- Computer literate within MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Have a friendly and out-going personality
- Be well presented
