Job Description

**£500 Welcome Bonus**

As a care assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.
- **This role will cover the following areas**:_
- **High Wycombe and the surrounding areas**_

**Here at All Care, we offer our Community Care Assistants the following**:

- **£11.50** per hour weekdays, **£12.50** per hour weekends and **£15.00 **per hour on bank holidays
- **0.40p** per mile between care calls
- Excellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development fully funded in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management
- **28 days** annual leave (pro rata)
- Full-time and Part-time hours available
- Great discounts via Blue Light Card
- Paid DBS
- Fully funded well being programme with store discounts

**Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting as a carer**:

- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

**We are looking for Community Care Assistants to join us who are**:

- 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
- Authorised to work in the UK - **Unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship**

**Shifts available for Community Care Assistants**:

- 07:00am - 14:30pm
- 14:30pm - 22:00pm

**Must be available for alternate weekends**

**Type of work**: Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Permanent/ Contract / Guaranteed hours / Zero Hours

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

No experience is required as full paid in-house training is provided.
