We have TWO roles available one at each practice based in Rugby.

We are on a mission to be the first choice for veterinary care in Rugby, aiming to have an affordable, patient centred treatment option for every patient that walks through our door. We’re looking for someone for part time with a flexible rota that works for you within the hours of Mon-Fri 8:30-7:00pm. Saturday shifts can also be considered.

**Overview of the position**
**Working with the Client Care Manager/Team to achieve the following**:

- Be able to assist clients and colleagues with all insurance related enquires.
- Fully understand and explain the insurance claims process and practice policy for direct claims to clients and colleagues.
- Complete pre-authorisations, submit insurance claims, process payments and queries effectively in a timely manner.
- Complete the debt list in line with the Debt Management Process on a weekly basis.
- Manage and refund where applicable credits on debt list.
- Recommend where appropriate and use the Klarna/Omni Finance portal effectively.
- Process charity funding requests and advise clients and colleagues of charities available.
- Have an objective view and actively improve policies and procedures.
- Cashing up and Banking when required.
- Support Reception and Clinical colleagues with all financial enquiries.
- Work within the practice to prevent and minimise debt.
- Work as part of a team.
- Any other tasks that may be required regarding finance role.

**Other information**
- Reports to Client Care Manager.
- Reception duties may also be necessary.
- Must be flexible to cover holiday/sickness if required.
- 20 hours per week - rota to be discussed
