**Overall Purpose of Job**

Transportation of children or adults to school, college or day care centres.

To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the business operational goals

The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for:
Ordering new vehicles

Organising vehicles for return

Inspecting vehicles for return and valeting

Maintaining the company database and recording all relevant information as required

Manage the fleet

Prepare all vehicles to be road ready with appropriate signage and H&S equipment

Book vehicles in for maintenance

Provide support for breakdowns

Prepare vehicles for licensing

Provide emergency cover for the transport routes we operate

Occasionally required to return vehicles to other branches at Essex and Derby

To drive company supplied vehicles, which includes - cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles (all can be driven on a car licence).

Vehicles and Fuel cards provided (both for company work only)

Must have held a driving licence for at least 3 years.

Full UK driving license held for over five years

£9.50 per hour rising to £10.42 in April 2023

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
