Do you live near, or can you commute to one of our 5 Prestige Audi sites in Scotland? (Ayr/Edinburgh/Glasgow/Hamilton/Stirling). If so, you could be the person we have been searching for

We are looking for a Warranty Executive to join our team covering our Audi centres in Scotland. Based at any one of the five centres you will be responsible for processing warranty claims to the manufacturer’s standards for repairs conducted across the five centres.

You don’t have to currently be working as a Warranty Advisor, you could be a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or a Technician, looking for a change of path within the industry. Experience is not essential, as long as you have the drive and desire to succeed in the role and make a difference to the team. You will be provided with on-site training and fully supported by the Warranty Team to achieve Warranty Executive Accreditation with Audi, making you an industry professional in your role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing warranty/goodwill claims to manufacturers standards
- Assessing the quality and compliance of warranty job cards
- Invoicing
- Supporting with paint and body claims
- Chasing unpaid claims with the manufacturer
- Displaced parts management
- Liaising with manufacturers with claim discrepancies

Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with a technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry, who possess an attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Someone who can build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues and is comfortable communicating with people at all levels within Lookers and the manufacture. It is essential you have strong IT skills and are able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages.
