**Administrative Assistant**

HdAr is looking for an energetic, proactive and superbly organized assistant to join our team based in Clerkenwell. Your primary focus will be supporting our Company Directors in general administrative tasks and helping to coordinate the office and team. Assistance is also to be provided on the management of the finances. The role is a part-time position with flexibility available on working hours. Mon-Fri approximately 20-25 hours per week.

HdAr is a medium sized practice based in Clerkenwell. We have a strong portfolio of work in residential, commercial and hospitality sectors both nationally and internationally. We are located in new offices near Old Street / Farringdon and operate as an inclusive and collaborative team. We are proud of our team and the professional service that we offer to a wide range of clients.

Key attributes:

- A team player with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritise work load.
- High level numeracy skills with a good knowledge of Excel.
- Administration experience in an office setting.
- A willingness to take on a broad spectrum of tasks.
- Experience with Rapport3 preferred.
- Excellent IT skills.
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail.

Duties will include the following:

- Diary Management
- Day to day support of Company Directors
- Co-ordinating both internal and external meetings and facilitating these including liaison with clients
- Preparing Directors’ expenses
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings & other social events
- Assist in training of new staff members
- Enter and maintain employee and project data into Rapport3 database
- Assisting and motivating staff to work effectively within the studio.
- Assisting Finance and Administration with book keeping tasks, expenses etc.
- Taking minutes at meetings and other administration tasks.
- Provide an excellent service & image to all our visitors.
- Checking and ordering stationery and office supplies
- Arranging couriers
- Management of the phone system
