**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating in the Planning and Development of creative social media campaigns /strategies with the sole goal of increasing engagement.
- Crafting compelling, on brand content or developing this with content creators.
- Creative writing skills, ability to communicate a variety of messages while keeping the brand voice consistent.
- Knowledge and understanding of current social media trends and latest social media platform features.
- Ownership and responsibility for analysing engagement data and deriving actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data. This data is to be used for further growing our audience and to build brand awareness.
- Creating reports on the success of your strategies.
- **IMPORTANT**: Attention to detail,
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Responsible for consistent (on brand) posts across all social channels on a weekly basis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll need**:
A thorough understanding of how social media interacts with other digital channels and total marketing strategies. Keen on developing and growing experience in creating content and cultivating engaged social media communities. Commercial acumen to drive conversion intent interactions from social media.

An appreciation of the importance of strategic planning and creativity, and how they inform and elevate brand outputs - focusing on conversion for relative brands.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Generating creative ideas to feed into social strategies
- Creation and management of social advertising schedules
- Monitoring daily conversations on clients’ social media channels
- Interacting via social media with customers and partners
- Contribute and interact on online forums and engagement platforms
- Provide copywriting resource for digital and PR campaigns
- Assist with building social communities and improving engagement rates for clients
- Setting and reviewing client KPIs
- Championing latest social platform innovations to wider team
- Ability to identify and Design Campaigns That Grab Audiences by the Balls

**Job description**:

The role will include full management of all social channels, working in line with the content creator, supporting the heads of department and reporting to the head of Digital and Marketing on weekly basis. - 2-3 years’ experience working in social media with knowledge of LinkedIn
- Literate skills - experience in communication while keeping the brand voice consistent.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar
- Willing to Learn
- Strong abilities with tools such as excel, and all social media scheduling analytical platforms

**Desirable**:

- Experience in content creation (skills in adobe creative suite software products sits as an advantage).
- Video Editing
