Lignacite are a Concrete Block manufacturer, based in Brandon and Nazeing, supplying the Merchant, Building Contractor, and Housing Developer Channels within the Construction Industry. Our markets are East Anglia, London and the South East.

We are looking for an office-based person to be responsible for the scheduling of our block deliveries from our Brandon site. Deliveries will be within the East Anglia and London area, with ad hoc loads going longer distances (1%). We have on average 45-55 loads per day leaving our Brandon site across 15-20 vehicles going to Branches and sites.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Planning of deliveries as per customer requirements. Working in partnership with the Sales Administrators to have full knowledge and understanding of the vehicle type and availability.
- Using our bespoke Transport Management System (FlexiPod) to process, arrange and send routes to drivers
- Be the key interface between the daily operation, driver, and customers, ensuring a balanced approach is taken to delivering high levels of customer service

**Education and Training**:

- Must have achieved a GCSE grade of C or above (or equivalent) in Math’s and English.
- Able to speak and write English fluently.
- Training will be provided in the use of our system and customer database.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
