**We're looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team here at Bodnant.**

**Hours: 1950 annualised hours per year (working on average 37.5 hours per week. More hours in the summer and less in the winter).**

**The Salary: £20,124 per annum / £10.32 per hour**

**Duration: Permanent**

**Interview Date: 09 Febraury**

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

Whilst based in the main Pavilion café, the role would also include working at the Magnolia cafe and the Dell grab and go outlet where they will cover Team Leaders’ time off. These cafe's are all on site at Bodnant.

Due to location, you may be required to use your own mode of transport to get to and from work.

What you'll be doing:With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.

As a Team Leader will support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
