At Prestwick Service Centre we are specialists in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engine nacelles systems and engine components. An opportunity has arisen for a Business Co-Ordinator to join our Commercial Team.

We require experienced individuals who will contribute to our success, whilst upholding our reputation as a leading provider of quality MRO services to our European and Middle Eastern customers.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- To arrange all aspects of Business Travel for all site employees in line with the company travel policy. Including the issuing/completing and reconciliation of various travel documents, invoicing, and credit notes.
- Manage front-of-house reception activities including but not limited to directing telephone calls to the relevant members of staff, assisting with external visitors and mail activities, and providing general assistance to inquiries coming into the business.
- Use own initiative to manage incoming requirements from Customers and suppliers.
- External customer and supplier meeting organization, including booking conference facilities, and supporting resources
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day issues at the Prestwick site, including booking visitors in via the visitor control system, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area
- Work with another Business Coordinator to maintain coverage of the function for all normal business hours
- Compliance with all RTX & Collins Aerospace policies and regulatory procedures inclusive of EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property, and Global Trade Compliance requirements

The successful applicant will have a good background in customer service and business administration, while Previous experience as a travel consultant would be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate and present effectively - both verbally and written
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and handle several enquires
- Manage time and projects successfully, knowledge of CI would be beneficial
- Be a team player and have efficient networking skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, be self-motivated, and focused
- Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft Office suite, additionally SAP experience would be advantageous
