As the Learning Technology Lead, you’ll be accountable for the management of Nuffield Health’s digital learning portfolio - delivering high-quality, outcomes-led programmes that facilitate realisation of the Learning Foundation’s strategy. You’ll work in partnership with the Learning Foundation’s leadership team to drive the digital learning agenda and promote the use of innovative technologies that facilitate learning excellence.

**You will also**:
Work in partnership with Learning Foundation colleagues, oversee the design and development of a range of best-in-class digital learning solutions including virtual classrooms, multi-media e-Learns, videos, podcasts, infographics, guides, and Quick Reference Guides.

Create and oversee robust Content Management processes to ensure the learning library remains accessible, up to date and relevant.

Oversee the selection and management of digital learning content supplied by third parties, ensuring effective performance management and adherence to our Standards of Excellence.

Working with the Organisation Development Director and Head of Learning Excellence, oversee the procurement and implementation (including migration) of a learning management / experience platform that enables quality outcomes across all aspects of the learning cycle.

**To succeed as our Learning Technology Lead, you’ll be**:
Degree (or equivalent) with a track record of designing and delivering digital learning and development programmes.

Level 3 AET (or equivalent)

Significant experience of learning platform management.

Good understanding of a variety of IT platforms that will aid in delivering digital learning (e.g. MS Applications, SharePoint, Vimeo, etc.)

Ability to use advanced authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva etc.)

Good knowledge of how to create digital learning that is accessible and inclusive.

Management Skills - planning, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and time management
