**Technical Support Specialist**

We are seeking a customer service technical representative to join our customer focused friendly team.

**Experience**:
Customer Service Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way.

**Why are we recruiting?**

An experienced team member successfully applied for a newly created role in our Cryoease Scheduling team. The current average length of service in the Technical Team is between 4 and 12 years.

**About the role**:

- Diagnosing and Troubleshooting Technical Problems.
- Outbound task such as providing customer updates
- Maintaining and updating technical records.

**A Few Things About You**:

- You’ve got a can-do attitude and are keen to leave customers with a positive experience
- You’ve got great listening and communication skills including a friendly telephone manner and you care about customers wanting to solve problems efficiently.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have good organisation skills.

**Work From Home**:
Hybrid Working once your comprehensive training package has been completed.

**Schedule of Work**:
7.5 Hour Shifts

Typical Shift Pattern - Weekday 6am - 2pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm ,

*Working Pattern includes 1 weekend shift (1-9) every 3 weeks with a day off in the week.
