Oliver Rae is seeking an experienced **Purchase Ledger **for our client in **Halesowen.** The role will be a full-time permanent vacancy and will be best suited for someone who is reading to take on the position as a team leader.
- Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:00
- £22,000 per annum
**Job Duties**
- Attending and contributing to Daily Morning Management meetings reporting on team status in relation to the day’s agenda.
- Monitoring, providing support and guidance to purchase ledger team to achieve their objectives and performance requirements.
- Providing support to the purchase ledger team with entering, batching, matching, authorising, and filing of invoices, credits and debits as resourcing requires
- Matching invoices and identifying discrepancy / claims requirements, entering, and managing such into dispute.
- Authorising credits and refunds where required.
Experience in this role is necessary as the successful person will be required to hit the ground running. One of the key objectives of this role is to be able to manage and motivate your team members to perform and provide the correct support and guidance. If you are logical thinker and have great problem-solving skills whilst having a background in Purchase Ledger, we would love to hear from you.
