Following our recent organisational restructure, we are currently recruiting for an Asset Compliance Administrator.

Our Asset Compliance Team’s purpose is to ensure that all Communal Parts of the Association’s cyclical maintenance and compliance contracts are effectively administered. This includes:

- Administering the Gas Servicing, TMV and Electrical Testing programmes
- Administration of the Association’s programme of equipment servicing contracts and ongoing maintenance
- Utility Contract Administration
- Asset Data Processing for Property & Component Records
- Management of our Commercial Leases, HMO compliance and property disposals.
- Delivering our Medical Adaptations programme

This person will be working alongside 3 other administrators and the Asset Compliance Team Leader. They will also be working closely with our Service Contracts Officer in relation to equipment and contractor performance issues and our Estates and Asset Projects Teams.

As a department our success is measures by:

- Customer Satisfaction: Engaging and supporting the management of repairs and improvements in properties where the Association has mutual ownership
- Programme Delivery: Delivering what we promise, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard
- Property Compliance: Reporting property and statutory compliance and managing system data effectively
- Estate Management: Ensuring we effectively delivery our Estates Inspection Programme and related services, on time and within agreed budget
- Continuous Improvement: Reviewing results from inspections and customer engagements to identify areas for improvement
- Team Satisfaction: By working together to support and empower our colleagues
