Mobile Building Services Engineer will be responsible for the installation and repair of plant as required and directed, respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and requests associated with contracts.

**You will be required to:

- **
- Perform service maintenance tasks as instructed in the maintenance manual.
- Respond to call-outs and cover emergencies as required.
- Assist other trades and support the team as necessary.
- Enter accurate and regular information onto the site manual
- Log sheets and check that they are correctly located on site ensuring that site quality assurance procedures are adhered to and that records associated with PPM & plant are maintained.
- Complete Day Work Sheets & weekly Time Sheets fully and accurately and deliver to the office promptly as instructed. Provide reports as required.
- Source parts/part numbers/information as required and communicate to the office/order/collect as required.

**The Mobile Building Services Engineer needs to:

- **
- Be polite and well-mannered with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have relevant experience and be confident in all aspects of commercial building services
- Possess a clean, full UK driving license
- Recognised relevant Electrical qualifications
- Extensive experience in Commercial general building services /maintenance, including PPMs, emergency lighting, legionella awareness, fire alarm checks, minor plumbing & fabric works.
- IT Literate

Our client is offering a competitive salary & overtime, vehicle, expenses, PPE, call out rota payment and pension.

This is a 40 hour working week between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
