As part of ISS's mission to become the world's greatest service organisation, the Electrical Maintenance Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service performance to fulfill our customers' needs. Operating within client properties, the engineer will provide comprehensive electrical and building services engineering maintenance. This includes fault finding, repairs, routine maintenance, and installation of new systems when necessary. The engineer will ensure that all work is conducted to the highest standards, reflecting ISS's commitment to delivering world-class building services maintenance.
Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting of assigned electrical equipment
# Observe electrical systems and fixtures in operation to detect failures or locate causes of malfunctions
# Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and Company policies related to building operations and work safety
# Deliver a quality service through your day-to-day actions

Significant experience in providing electrical building services maintenance to include fault finding, maintenance, installation, and inspection/testing. Previous experience in providing reactive and PPM building services maintenance. Experience of working within FM or building services within commercial properties. Experience of working under strict Health & Safety procedures including risk assessments and method statements. Training and competence in managing High Risk Works (Electrical).
