Electrical Control Panel Builder required for a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Laindon.Electrical Control Panel Builder Position Overview- Work as part of the Automation department in building, wiring and installing controlpanels- Check required panel components against issued wiring diagram and control panellayouts- Assemble control panel enclosure: - building plinths, assembling bays and side panels- Layout chassis plates in line with panel layouts and work with Electrical DesignDraughtsman to accomplish best panel layout and design- Assemble components on to chassis plate and fix accordingly- Using the issued wiring diagrams wire the control panel working with the ElectricalDesign Draughtsman and Automation TechnicianElectrical Control Panel BuilderPage 2 of 2- Mark up wiring diagrams as panel wiring completed and raising any errors detected withthe Electrical Design Draughtsman and Automation Technician- Cut any apertures within the control panels to accommodate fans, filters power sockets- Work with the Automation Installation electricians in installing the control panels into thefilling line/machinesElectrical Control Panel Builder Position RequirementsEssential- Formal Electrical Engineering Qualification (e.g. apprenticeship)Desirable- Familiarity with Automated production machinery or other similar capital equipment- Worked in a project environment in cross-functional project teamsElectrical Control Panel Builder Position RemunerationSalary dependent on experience but likely £35k-£38kBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
