The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract. The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administration support to our customer service and complaints team. You will assist in resolving existing caseloads and ensure a satisfactory resolution in each instance.
You will be based in our Slough office and supporting our contract with Slough Borough Council, working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
