To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate dignity and respect along with empathy and an understanding of what the clients and carers need.Key Responsibilities: - * Allocating work to care Workers fairly and appropriately. * Monitoring of sickness, absenteeism, or holidays and arranging appropriate cover. * Communicating handover information to care staff and clients. * Participating in the ‘on call’ on a rostered basis Submission of KPI’s on a weekly basis Communicating with the care team to ensure all client calls are covered. * Liaising with clients and family members to match carers to new packages. * Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records for all clients and carers. * Contribute to the growth of the branch. * Assist with inducting and supervising carers. * Work with the training team to ensure carers' training is up to date. * To maintain skills and undertake training and development as may be required to maintain practices. Maintain all Care Plans/care records in accordance with Varang Recruitment’s policy . * Organize and plan supervision and appraisals for care staff.Key Skills: -Excellent knowledge of CQC complianceLeadership SkillsGood organizational and people skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAble to think fast and make quick decisions.Experience in coordinating, working in a similar environment, or supervisory role.Able to use a digital care planning and ROTA system and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & OutlookInterested , please call us on (phone number removed) or apply now
