We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Customer Feedback Coordinator** to join the team within our Devon Community Equipment Service Centre based in Exeter. This role will be responsible for coordinating Prescriber and Service User feedback. You'll be working as part of an engaged and motivated team for a company committed to reward and recognition for a job well done.

As a healthcare equipment provider, Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day to day life. Our community equipment ranges from simple walking frames and crutches to more complex equipment such as beds, hoists and pressure care equipment. We also carry out minor adaptations such as the installation of handrails and grab rails within the home which can make a significant impact in giving people the confidence to live more independently.

**The Role**:

- Acknowledging all service user feedback received within set time frames
- Carrying out telephone feedback assessments with service users
- Logging and filing service user feedback and responses
- Collating feedback from the internal system for management
- Chasing investigation responses from relevant person
- Handling incoming calls and queries
- Assisting with general customer service duties
- General administration that supports daily activities and duties

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience working within a busy customer service department
- Previous complaint handling experience
- Relevant telephone based customer service experience
- Good attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
- Strong administration experience
- Order processing and workload scheduling experience is beneficial
- Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems

- Monday to Friday shifts between 8am-6pm
