**The Role**

We are now looking to recruit a projects coordinator that is confident, efficient and also experienced in the delivery of excellent customer service. As a member of the projects team you will be working at the heart of the company in a busy, fast paced environment. From the moment a sale is confirmed, you will then see the job through from assigning an installer to survey our customer’s door, to the day it’s being installed.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing your own projects and Sub Contractors throughout the UK
- Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure the successful completion of projects in a timely manner
- Pricing, quoting and ordering with suppliers
- Using your initiative to solve any problems that may occur with a calm and methodical approach
- As a projects coordinator Customer aftercare is an essential part of your daily routine, which may involve dealing with any quality issues that arise after installation

What we are looking for in a Projects Coordinator:

- 2 years minimum customer service skills
- 2 years minimum complaint handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in the double glazing industry is preferred, however not essential
- A genuine team player who can work well in a team, as well as on their own
- Ability to adapt to change and has a willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Strong Organisational skills
- Ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred, however not essential

The starting Salary is £20,000.00 and after probation goes up to £22,000.00 per year.
