About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer Lead to join our team in Glenrothes. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include project liaison, instructing and directing site teams, interpreting technical information, and preparing documentation. You will also be required to identify and resolve non-conformances, manage project quality deliverables, and contribute to tender and design programmes.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent, proven project management experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full UK driving licence is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a company car allowance, discretionary bonus scheme, holiday allowance, and private healthcare scheme.
