**Summary of Role**:
Reporting directly to the Stores Team Leader this person is part of a team who is responsible for controlling the materials held within the stores at Capula.

This involves:

- Taking receipt of deliveries
- Processing the delivery in the Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system ensuring documentation is verified and retained.
- Store materials ensuring they can be easily identified and their condition is preserved
- Liaising with the production team and engineers to understand what parts or components they require in line with their project delivery programmes
- Control the issue of materials to ensure traceability is maintained
- Ordering and maintaining a stock of consumables where not covered by consignment stock.
- Control the issue of PPE ensuring records are maintained
- Control the calibration of tools and equipment ensuring the calibration database is maintained

The individual must and have a right first time attitude to support

The individual must be well organised with a methodical approach, be committed to continual improvement, have a positive and helpful manner whilst ensuring control of materials is maintained whilst supporting the Production Team’s successful and timely delivery of Capula built control panels and equipment. Their activities must always be completed in a safe manner.

This role is predominantly a week day role however occasional weekend working may be required.

**Desirable Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of electrical components / electrical background
- Previous experience using Microsoft Nav ERP tool
