Project Support Administrator

This is an exciting and varied role with the opportunity to be a key part of some of the Trust's biggest projects.
The remit of the Trust’s QI & Transformation team is to support the successful delivery of the Trust’s transformational plans as well as localised improvement initiatives, and to embed continuous improvement through QI which drives sustainable improvements in quality, patient care, efficiencies and reduced variation.
The Project Support Officer within the team provides support to the roll out of the Quality Improvement Huddles working with clinical and operational teams to teach and coach the huddle process, collecting data from QI Huddle across the organisation and displaying this data; training will be provided. The role will also include providing staff with certificates and posters to celebrate their improvement work, taking photographs for our Twitter account and intranet page and updating the Divisional QI Portfolios. The role supports the QI Team with staff enquiries assisting with QI coaching for projects.
The post holder will have excellent communication skills and experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams and senior managers, and be able to efficiently monitor a number of projects and data sets simultaneously.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your improvement knowledge and skills working with other teams and departments within the organisation.
