**What the job involves**

We’re in search of an eCommerce Executive who with a mission to skillfully oversee and cultivate our online shop and its products.

In this role, you'll manage our OpenCart platform and collaborate with our website development agency, ensuring smooth operations and implementing updates. You’ll aim to deliver an exceptional online shop experience to our valued customers, inspiring them and identifying any areas for growth to enhance their experience. Working alongside the Digital Manager, you'll execute our merchandising strategy and oversee the merchandise budget and stock forecasting.

You’ll also manage the relationship with our fulfilment supplier, ensuring that customers’ expectations are being met and that processes run smoothly. This also includes resolving any issue with suppliers and ensuring trading order KPIs are being met.

You’ll take charge of innovating new products, overseeing the entire journey from idea to launch. Your collaboration with our Creative Team will be vital in managing the connections with our product suppliers. With help from our Product Marketing team you’ll plan, deliver, and review promotions for our online shop.

**What we want from you**

We’re looking for someone with experience working with ecommerce platforms with knowledge of monitoring, forecasting, and ordering stock. You’ll be experienced in working with fulfilment suppliers and ensuring order KPIs are met, and processes are streamlined.

Being process driven, you enjoy developing and improving processes, can work to deadlines, and be able to easily adapt to changes in priorities. You’ll have the ability to understand analytics data, monitor and evaluate sales performance, identify trends and propose improvements.

You’ll possess excellent communication skills and be able to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll exhibit great organisational skills and a strong focus on attention to detail.
