The Supply Chain Manager is a Senior Manager role working closely with Group and Site Leadership to drive value added supply chain to meet the internal and external customers demands.
This is a great role that will define the Supply Chain Strategy, enhancing People, Processes and Systems to meet the future growth demand of the business.
The organisation is undergoing an exciting period of change, evolving its practice to become more dominant in its service offering and value add activity. The business requires a strong commercial minded supply chain professional that will bring a high degreeof business acumen that seeks to initiatives through partnerships while developing the team and working proactively with their peer group.
Responsible for:

- S&OP
- Customer Services
- Inventory
- Planning (Forecast, Supply and Production)
- Logistics (Warehouse, Dispatch, Export))
**Duties**:

- Lead the end to end Supply Chain Operation
- Define the supply chain strategy while seeking to evolve to drive commercial advantages
- Define and agree the overall management and development of the supply chain framework contracts
- Chair S&OP Meetings as the Supply Chain expert
- Ensure robust strategic planning meets the need of the business (Forecast, Demand, Supply, Production)
- Work with the leadership team to ensure the strategic aims of the business are met
- Ensure that best practice performance management is in place and applied over the life of contracts
- Establish and review KPI's, ensure performance information is provided and reviewed, external performance benchmarking, manage any performance credit or deduction payment mechanisms, work with the contractor and customer to ensure there is service deliveryplanning, continuous improvement and benefit realisation and reporting
What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a supply chain, manufacturing role
- Excellent Supply Chain Acumen
- Strong understanding of end to end contract management and service
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills including stakeholder management
- Excellent customer service skills and focus
- Decision maker - able to use discretion and initiative to take decisions within the context of existing operational policies and guidelines
- Team participant - able to operate collaboratively as part of a small team but also able to work autonomously on parallel tasks and projects
- Conducts relationships with customers and suppliers (internal and external) with courtesy, integrity and propriety
