Tele-Sales Executive - Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are now recruiting for a new Lead Generator / Tele-Sales Executive to join a successful business in Central Telford. This Lead Generation / Sales Executive post will suit a tenacious, skilled tele-sales person offering ample rewards and promotion prospects.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Follow up on internet and other leads driven by the Marketing Department
- Promote products and services
- Maintain CRM to a high standard
- Watching your competitors and the products they are offering and industry knowledge

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will ideally have successful tele-sales background or the desire to work in a sales / commercial environment; have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will be highly motivated with an enthusiastic & outgoing personality and above all a professional approach & ethos. You will also have a stable work history.

You must have the ability to liaise professionally with a variety of customers and colleagues and possess a desire to develop sales in a target driven, but customer focused environment. The role requires flexibility and commitment but in return you will be rewarded with a good salary & bonus scheme as well as a great package including the ability to work from home part of the week, and given ample resources and the latest technology to work with and supply.

The company is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Perton, Shifnal and Stafford, Market Drayton.
