A position within our company for a Receptionist has arisen and we would look to employ this person on a permanent contract starting ASAP. As a full time Booking Clerk/Receptionist.

Your hours would be 40 hours per week but on some occasions, you may be required to work in excess of this. Working every Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 1pm-9pm, Wednesday 9-5pm Friday 9pm-5pm and Saturday 4pm-9pm in our reception. Extra hours as and when required

Hourly rate will be national living wage per hour

Your job role will include,
- Dealing with and taking bookings both over the telephone and over the internet
- Being the first point of contact for all customers and issuing tickets.
- Administration reports for Management

**Essential Skills**

Knowledge of booking systems and database

Dealing with members of the public with confidence

Being organised and able to follow administration procedures accurately

Good communication and excellent customer service.

Some aspects of your role would require:

- Good problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Excellent administrative ability
- Compliance with GDPR
- Data collection and creating reports
- Excellent customer service

Full training will be given on accepting the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
