Our client based in Central London is looking for a Customer Experience and Sales Support administrator. Your role will be customer lifecycle management and you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritise in delivering a fast and fantastic customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and execute a customer onboarding program from the point of sale generated by inbound leads through successful implementation.
- Innovate and implement new initiatives whilst looking to refine processes to further improve the customer experience.
- Create a culture of feedback ensuring customers can report feedback, ideas and bugs, then feedback all data to relevant stakeholders.
- You may assist sales representatives in pitching to new prospects including key decision makers through presentations, conversations and conducting client demos.

**Basic qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Presentation, Excel, Word etc.)
- Native in written and spoken English ( plus Korean would be desirable)
- Positive personality
- Previous experience of working in the IT and Service industry at least for 2 years
- Have a keen interest in business collaboration software (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Monday, Jira etc.)
- Customer-centred

- An excellent communicator
- deliver messages in a clear and concise manner in all interactions as well as

articulate our value proposition and the solution’s benefits and advantages
- Flexible based on a sense of ownership
