**We are looking for a Dairy Production & Catering Team Member to join our enthusiastic team at Streamvale Open Farm.**

**20 Hour Contract is guaranteed. With the opportunity for up to 30 hours or more if desired, especially during busy periods.**
- Seasonal Contract: March to October (will be reviewed in October).
- Normal working days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
- Shift Patterns: 2 Half Days and 2 Full Days.
- All shifts will begin at 7am.
- Must be willing to work bank holidays.
- Some evening shifts might be required throughout the year during Adult Nights or Events.

**General Job Duties**:

- Pasteurising milk for our Milk Vending Machine (full training provided).
- Ensure milk vending machine, bottle vending machine and syrups are well stocked throughout the day.
- Assist customers with the vending machine during busy periods.
- Prepare and make ice cream (full training provided).
- Liaise with catering management regarding the stock of ice cream.
- Control stock of ingredients.
- Unload deliveries, checking that they match the order and dispatch dockets.
- Achieve and maintain high levels of food quality and presentation.
- Implement ‘Good Food Hygiene’ principles in areas of cross contamination, cleaning preparation, production and chilling.
- There is the opportunity to also work in our catering outlets, if the successful applicant desired more hours per week.

Previous catering experience is desirable.

This is a great opportunity to work at a fast-paced visitor attraction

**Hourly Rate**

Age 16-17 : £7.16 per hour

Age 18-20 : £9.63 per hour

Age 21+ : £12.81 per hour
