We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Head of Operations to join our Debt Recovery and Enforcement team based in Runcorn. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Enforcement and Debt Recovery Division within Clearway.

The Debt Recovery and Enforcement Division deliver a range of services to commercial clients, including debt recovery, evictions, vacant property inspections, and site security. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a wide range of services delivered at the highest service standard to meet their immediate and long-term needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all Operations within Enforcement and Debt Recovery division in Clearway and work in line with Group requirements.
- Be responsible for overall business operations, produce Management Information and report key performance indicators to the board and attend monthly board meetings.
- Work with the business Managing Director & UK Group Managing Director to set, review, manage and deliver on overall Budget for the Debt Recovery and Enforcement division.
- Lead the weekly senior management operational meeting, ensuring weekly pack is completed.
- Establish and lead operations to minimise operating expenses and maximise resource.
- Coordinate delivering a standard of excellence across the business working closely with the management team to improve quality and increase Client satisfaction.
- Work with all teams to review and develop systems and processes for continued efficiency.
- Record and manage escalated complaints.
- Oversee company accreditations, unsure renewals are completed and to a high standard.
- Ensure process compliance and record non-conformance in accordance with ISO-9001.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and on-going internal HR matters.
- Monitor and oversee internal training requirements and work with HR for ongoing employee development.
- Oversee and promote high standards of Health & Safety practice in the office, on-site and that sub-contractors adhere to standards.
- Line manager to Senior Operational Team responsible for Enforcement, Inspections and Office Management (including Health & Safety).
- Actively promote company vision and values.
- Assisting with Ad-hoc Tasks as determined by the Managing Director.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with report writing and providing Management Information.
- Experience of working within a similar role or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential - proficiency in Excel and PowerBI is desirable.
- Diligent with excellent attention to detail.
- IOSH or other Health and Safety qualification desirable.
- Understanding of Security and Enforcement industry desirable.
- Adaptable and an ability to work to deadlines.

The role will be based at our Runcorn office, with the ability to work from home 1 day per week. Occasional travel nationally will be required to meet business needs.
