Pro-Tect GRP Enclosures Limited is one of the leading manufactures of bespoke GRP Enclosures within the UK, and a market leader within the GRP sector.
As Pro-Tect GRP Enclosures Limited continues to grow within the UK and European market, we are now looking to strengthen our manufacturing team with an additional member to our Accounts department.
Pro-Tect GRP Enclosures Limited are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance & Payroll Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Operating within regular office hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available to accommodate individual commitments.
- **The primary responsibilities of this role include**:_
- Full bookkeeping function utilizing XERO accounting software.
- Oversight of the sales ledger, encompassing invoice generation, cash allocation, and resolution of any related queries.
- Management of expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Conducting bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Assisting with the purchase ledger, as necessary.
- Efficient data capture.
- Preparation and provision of reports to company Directors.
- Undertaking any additional duties as required to support the finance team.
- Additionally, this role entails the complete payroll process, from timesheet management to Real Time Information (RTI) submissions and pension reporting, utilizing SAGE 50 Payroll software.
- Previous hands-on experience in an accounts-related role, AAT qualified or QBE
- Proficiency in XERO or similar accounting software, with a proven ability to navigate its functionalities effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing.
- Capability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision, while also contributing positively to team dynamics.
