Trainer (Part time)

**Locations**:Remote working(England based) with occasional travel across the North East, Yorkshire & South East

**Salary**: £31,434.00 FTE (actual salary will be based on part times you are contracted for)

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Trainers who have experience working within Careers, Employability & Schools

The Trainers will be responsible for supporting new members of staff during their induction period and analysing the result of quality assurance activities to plan and deliver ongoing training and CPD activities to support the development of colleagues witha particular focus on the delivery of one of the following contracts:

- Careers based contracts (29.6 hours per week)
- Employability and Careers advice and guidance in a school setting. (29.6 hours per week)
- Making a Difference employability contract. (14.8 hours per week)

**Job objectives**:

- Provide one to one coaching and mentoring in the workplace to support the development of practice.
- Work closely with the Training and CPD Manager to plan, design and deliver effective learning and development sessions to meet the training needs of colleagues.
- Maintain records of the learning and development activities undertaken to measure to the impact and outcome for individuals.
- Provide feedback to colleagues that affirm achievement and identifies any further implications for learning, assessment and progression.
- Liaise with managers to ensure staff have acquired the skills and knowledge needed to meet quality standards.
- Work with the Business Improvement Team to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained.
- Follow procedures to maintain the confidentiality of assessment information.
- Promote diversity and equality of opportunity as part of the coaching and mentoring process.
- Applicants must be willing to travel as part of the role.
